T-shirt Order Calculator – Find out How many shirts you need
How To Use The T-Shirt Order Calculator?
- Locate the “Order size” input field.
- Enter the total number of items you want to order.
- Click the “Calculate Sizes” button.
- View the calculated quantities for each size: SM, M, L, XL, and 2XL.
What is the ideal size breakdown for smaller groups when ordering t-shirts?
Smaller groups should be divided as follows: SM – 10%, M – 24%, L – 32%, XL – 24%, and 2XL – 10%. 1-2-3-3-1 is a simple distribution.
What effect does fabric shrinkage have on t-shirt order sizing?
T-shirts made of 100% cotton shrink by roughly 2%. T-shirts made of a 50/50 poly/cotton blend, a tri-blend, or 100% polyester will not shrink. If shrinkage is a concern, consider ordering larger sizes.
What are the differences in t-shirt sizes for men, unisex, and women?
With minor differences, men’s and unisex cuts are similar. Women’s cuts have narrower shoulders, a contoured chest, shorter and tighter sleeves, a tapered waist, flared hips, and a greater length at the bottom.
