How to use Siser Clamshell heat press machine?

1) Connect the machine with a power outlet

Make sure you connect your Digital Clamshell heat press to a properly grounded outlet. Otherwise, it may cause damage or stop working. Please make sure the extension cord is rated for at least ten amps so that it can handle both 120V and 240V DC supplies. Do not use long cords. Use heavy-duty power cords and ensure other high-demand appliances do not use the same cord.

2) Turn on and adjust the temperature

Locate the power button and press it to turn it on. To adjust the temperature, press the Mode Select button in the center of the Control Panel. The SET and TEMP lights will light up when you adjust temperature mode. Press (-) button to lower temperature, (+) button to raise the temperature. The temperature can be adjusted from 205°F to 430°F. The LED will display changes as you make them.

3) Adjust time

Once you have adjusted the temperature, the (SET) and (TIME) Lights will illuminate, indicating that you have entered the Adjust Time Mode. Set the time in the same manner that you set a temperature. The time can be set from 001 to 999 seconds. To exit the “Adjust Temperature and Time Modes,” press the Mode Select button once more or until all lights are off.

4) Adjust pressure

To adjust the pressure, locate the Pressure Adjustment Knob in the center of the heat platen. Adjust the pressure by turning it clockwise to increase or counterclockwise to decrease the pressure.

5) Press

Once you’ve set up your devices, proceed to press. Then, the timer will count down and sound a beep when it is time to take out the press.
